he were talking bout d job i think..
den thrs this statement say dat d employee can b fired or demoted(dilucutkan jawatan) ...n thr r sum exceptions..
so he say an example...he, himself is a teacher...den 1day mayb he did sumthing wrong..
he ask us whether will he b fired or demoted??

den he explain 2 us...a teacher cant b fired...
if u say d teacher shud b demoted, wat position wil he b holding den??
